Graspop Metal Meeting to coroczne “święto” metalu organizowane w Dessel w Belgii nieprzerwanie od 1996 roku. Pomimo niewielkich rozmiarów festiwal przyciąga co roku liczną międzynarodową publiczność z rekordem osiągniętym w 2015 roku, kiedy na festiwalu bawiło się 152 tysiące osób.

Festiwal początkowo (od 1986 do 1995 roku) funkcjonował jako impreza skupiająca się na lokalnej muzyce rockowej, jednak formuła ta nie cieszyła się zbyt wielkim zainteresowaniem wśród publiczności, więc założyciel Peter Van Geel podjął współpracę z Bobem Schenmaekersem, właścicielem hali organizującym koncerty wykonawców muzyki metal, który z powodu ograniczeń przestrzennych rozważał zorganizowanie festiwalu na świeżym powietrzu, i w ten właśnie sposób powstał Gaspop Metal Meeting. Nowy kierunek okazał sie być sukcesem – impreza odnotowywała stale rosnącą liczbę uczestników zarówno wśród publiczności jak i międzynarodowych zespołów.
