Download Festival to angielski, letni festiwal muzyki heavymetalowej i rockowej. Impreza odbywa się od 2003 roku w Donington Park w Leicestershire w Anglii. Jej aktualnym organizatorem jest agencja koncertowa Live Nation. W latach 2003-2005 festiwal miał formę dwudniową. W latach późniejszych impreza obejmowała trzy dni.

Nazwa festiwalu wybrana została z dwóch względów. Pochodzi od słowa „pobieranie („download”), które nie kojarzyło się dobrze w branży muzycznej ze względu na proceder nielegalnego pobierania muzyki za pośrednictwem Internetu. Ale również jako nawiązanie do Internetu nazwa miała stanowić swoistego rodzaju połączenie z publicznością.

W 2007 roku festiwal został wyróżniony podczas Billboard Touring Awards. Zorganizowana tego samego roku impreza zgromadziła 80 tys. widzów, co było najlepszą frekwencja od czasu powstania imprezy.

W 2009 roku relacje z festiwalu przekazywało festiwalowe Rock Radio na swojej antenie prezentujące muzykę zespołów występujących podczas festiwalu, wywiady i wiadomości z okolic imprezy.

Cechą charakterystyczną festiwalu jest jego maskotka – Pies pojawiający się na szerokiej gamie materiałów związanych z festiwalem – logo, biletach, banerach scenicznych i pamiątkach.
